Nikki is our Salon Coordinator. She makes sure that our schedule runs smoothly. Nikki makes sure all clients are able to book and rebook the correct services within a time frame that works accordingly with the service provider and clients schedule. She accurately explains services to prospects and often is the first person to greet clients when you enter the establishment. She may have spoken to you on the phone to make the appointment and, after a little while, recognizes our regulars, making them feel appreciated and special.
